About the Job:
Dallas Athletic Club is looking to hire an skilled Line Cook with the willingness to learn and grow.

Line Cook Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Line Cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Executive Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
  • Preparing food, including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking a variety of ethnic/ street food options, main dishes, desserts, appetizers, know how to manage a pizza station.
  • Plating prepared foods based on the senior chef's guidance.
  • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
  • Ensuring the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Club or a high-end Resort/Hotel environment is necessary.
  • Advanced cooking knowledge.
  • Self-starter that can juggle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Great communicator and team player.
