Part-Time Painter

Dallas Athletic Club is looking for a dependable and skilled Part-Time Painter to join our Facilities/Maintenance team. This position will help maintain the appearance and overall condition of our club facilities, ensuring our buildings and common areas are clean, attractive, and well-maintained for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces as needed.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
Perform touch-up painting and maintain painted surfaces throughout the club.
Protect furniture, flooring, landscaping, and other areas during painting projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Safely operate and care for painting tools and equipment.
Assist with general maintenance projects as needed.
Follow all club safety procedures and standards.
Provide quality work with attention to detail and a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

Previous painting experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic surface preparation and painting techniques.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to lift, carry, and move painting supplies and equipment.
Ability to work on ladders and in various indoor and outdoor environments.
Must be able to interact professionally with club members, guests, and employees.
